Ten Year Sales Statistics for The Hideout

An examination of the last decade of home sales in The Hideout reveals a dramatic change in average sale prices in recent years. The average sale prices from 2013 to 2019 remained fairly steady with only a difference of $21,891 between the lowest and highest average sale price per year during that seven year period.

In contrast, from 2020 to 2022 the average sale prices increased dramatically with the average sale price rising $148,480 in just that three year period. It is evident that the COVID pandemic has had a major impact on the market.

Despite inflation and higher interest rates, so far the real estate market has remained steady in the first two months of 2023. There is currently still a strong demand today with only 34 homes for sale, 25 homes under contract, and 29 closed sales since the first of the year.
